You may think that getting toned abs will make you happy. However, what most people really need is a transformation in lifestyle and mindset to experience true, lasting joy.

Watch how Mydred went from finding difficulty in climbing up the stairs to easily carrying her daughters up the stairs, and from the lowest point of her life to the strongest version of herself.

All it took was one honest conversation with her coach, Wen Shian, which served as the catalyst for change.

Mydred had a history of poor health reports coupled with a high-stress job. When Mydred started training with coach Wen Shian, she only had two goals: to tone up her tummy and improve her stamina.

“Upon starting training, I was quite confident, but after the end of the first session, I realized it wasn’t as easy as I thought!” 

Mydred started to miss her sessions, and even when she did show up, she wasn’t giving her best foot forward.

Coach Wen Shian decided to have a heart-to-heart talk with Mydred to understand her true struggles and motivation for training. Only then did Mydred open up about her troubles with staying consistent and her desire to become stronger for her family.

This newfound understanding allowed empathy and trust to take place in their relationship.

Coach Wen Shian helped Mydred realize that getting toned abs shouldn’t be the priority in this season of her life. Instead, she needed to develop consistent habits in nutrition, sleep, stress management, and training. In other words, she needed the Transformative Lifestyle Programme .

Their conversation ended with a challenge given to Mydred: to set a training schedule and commit to it.

The fruit of Mydred’s commitment was clearly shown through her new love for training, meal prepping, and outlook on life.
