I started my training here a couple of weeks ago.I want to strengthen my body and build up muscles to keep enjoying my life while aging. But it was a challenge for me as I didn't know how to start and exercise properly.I felt exhausted and demotivated every time I went to a regular gym.My coach is Saree, she is professional and supportive. We keep in touch all the time, and she also advises me on my food, personal training at home and healthy lifestyle. With her support, I don't feel exhausted anymore and thought the training can be a little challenging I feel energized after it. She puts special attention to all the movements to make sure I do them the right way.I strongly recommend this studio if you want to avoid mistakes and injuries and want a personalized training which meets your own needs.

Before I started working with Saree at MOVE, I was struggling with low energy, a lack of strength, and overall not being in the best shape. I knew I wanted to work on it, but I wasn't sure where to start or how to stay motivated.From the very beginning, Saree was incredibly supportive and non-judgmental. She always made me feel comfortable, regardless of how I was feeling that day. She’s very understanding and never pressures me too much, but she also encourages me to push just enough to see real progress. After the sessions, I could feel and see the results. I've gained more strength and have a lot more energy. She also gives me advice on my diet and building a healthier lifestyle.I’m excited to keep continuing to work toward feeling and looking my best. Highly Recommended! I train with Ravi who has been exceptional in helping me towards my goals to lose weight, tone up and improve my overall fitness levels. At 58 and out of shape I signed up for 3 x weekly sessions and currently on week 9 of 12, still a way to go but so far the results have been amazing, my over all fitness levels have improved, and I have lost 9 Kilos along the way. I cannot praise enough MOVE Private Fitness, and already decided I will be confirming my next 12 week programme and continue my Journey! 100% recommended...

started my first class on September 13th and signed up for 10 sessions with my personal trainer, Saree, to prepare for my upcoming climb at 4k altitude mount. My last class is on October 4th, right before the climb.I wasn’t fully prepared for the challenge, so I knew I needed professional guidance to create an effective, time-efficient training plan that fit into my busy work schedule. What I really appreciated about this gym is their flexibility—they’re willing to accommodate early morning sessions, even at 6 AM, which is perfect for busy office people like me.Saree, my personal trainer, has been incredible. She’s patient and doesn’t push me too hard, yet I’ve noticed significant improvement in my strength within a short time without feeling overwhelmed. That balance has kept me motivated to keep coming back.In addition to personalized training, Saree also provided helpful advice on my diet. In the past, it took me a while to recover from workouts, but following her recommendations, I’ve found that I’m recovering much faster now. Thank you K.Saree ! ✌🏻Overall, I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a more relax and private space to work out. It’s not overwhelming like some larger gyms, which makes the experience more comfortable. Great place, great trainer!

I originally approached Move Fitness to help out with some fine-tuning of my diet, more specifically, to optimize it for my regular Muay Thai training. When I suffered a serious shoulder injury this summer, I decided to see what they could do, to help my recovery. Primarily, getting the shoulder back to normal, but also increasing overall mass, so as not to incur a similar injury in the future. It has been roughly 2 1/2 months now, and Ravi has been everything I could hope for in a trainer. His awareness of my personal situation is precise. His coaching is motivating, and his knowledge of anatomy and different appraoches for various physical goals is wonderfully helpful for my rehab. I would unquestionably recommend Move Fitness for anyone looking to level-up their fitness. Whether it’s recovering from an injury, building cardio, changing body compositon, or simply general fitness.I couldn’t be happier with the training, and the people. Excellent.

I’ve been working with Richard for over two years. He’s an amazing coach and overall person. He listens to what your fitness goals are and helps you achieve them. All the trainers are great and the environment is very welcoming.

Very professional personal trainer! My coach is Gina, who not only develops a training plan based on my situation and goals to improve, but also carefully observes my movements during training and helps correct them, which makes the training effective and prevents injuries. And Gina is also very nice. She shared with me local places to eat and visit, and we chatted a lot. I have also experienced lessons from Richard and Ravi, and they are both very professional. Overall, I highly recommend them!

I had a really great workout here. The class seemed quite simple but it was a nice intense workout. The coach was great. Everything is clean and new. Love that there are towels for you to shower afterwards also! The classes are great for beginners if you are new to fitness also.

Had the opportunity to try Rich’s 6 week shred program and it was fantastic! The level of care and genuine support from Rich and his team is second to none. Would highly recommend everyone to give it a shot!

Love this place. Invited by a friend while visiting BKK after having a bad experience at some other "gym" nearby. SO glad I came here.they have everything I want to do!Next time I am back in BKK, I am for sure coming here.(And they are on Classpass!)

I have been coming here 2x/week since October and it has been a great experience! I train with Richard, and he is so empowering and supportive and helps you go at your own pace. All of the staff are really positive and so good at what they do. I highly recommend this place, especially for beginners to strength training, as they will support you in the journey.

I just finished a 5 weeks plan at The Lab, which was nothing short of fantastic ! After only 5 weeks, I feel stronger and have more energy, which exceeded my initial goals. The course was really well designed and also included nutrition guidance. The trainers are really strong and guide you well to push yourself and achieve your goals. The owner, Richard, very often trains the group himself and, like his team, is extremely eager to see you succeed.This gym is highly recommended and a refreshing change from all the impersonal gyms out there

I have been working out at The Lab for about 6 months now and I really love it! I've been a member at a few gyms around Bangkok and The LAB is definitely the best one without a doubt. The classes are great with loads of variety - total body workouts that truly help you achieve your fitness goals whatever they may be. The trainers are all awesome to work with and super friendly and approachable. They are able to adapt each session to everyone individually so you really do push yourself and get the most out of your workout. It's a great atmosphere and environment and I really would recommend it to anyone.

The Lab is one of the best functional training place in town! It is a unique & fun place! It is full of people with energy & positive attitudes! The coaches are friendly, polite, supportive and highly-qualified. They are professional trainers who encourage you to not just challenge yourself, they also pay attention to techniques and make sure you are doing it right the way so you get the full benefit out of it. They are also motivative and creative. Every session is fun and productive. U will never get bored at the Lab!
