I can’t speak highly enough of Joseph as a personal trainer. I felt completely supported and motivated throughout the journey as a beginner in strength building. What stood out for me is his professonalism, patience and genuine care to help me succeed in my personal wellbeing goal. I appreciate the push while ensuring my form and and technique are spot on to avoid any potential injury. Seen some good progress in overall strength and endurance, all thanks to his guidance. Honest review of MOVE Private Fitness. I am a food blogger and I have to eat different types of food for my work.I have been with MOVE for almost 5 months and I have lost almost 10kg during this period of time. I started with 104.8kg and I weight 95.2kg now.Losing weight while eating and traveling sounds impossible but I did it thanks to personal trainers / coaches Joseph and David for helping me to achieve that.I did many other things in the past like HCG and Keto Diet but it bounced back hard.I am still with MOVE at the moment and you can see the results of my sessions with them.Again, I am losing weight while enjoying my travel and food! It is hard to believe it but I made it. Thanks for making me slimmer and healthier!Health is wealth!

This is my first fitness training. But it turned out way better than expected, with MOVE and with coach Joseph.Their approach is pragmatic and sustaining, plus touch of passion ensuring you will hit your goal surely and come with some fun also.

I have joined them for 3 months, I think the approach is realistic and sustainable. This is a better way in my opinion that a hardcore drastic way. Do it step by step, slowly but surely.Amylia is my Coach. She is very good, as she learns what I want to achieve, how my lifestyle is and guiding me to improve. She is good and I highly recommend her.All the coaches in the center are also very friendly and encouraging. Great place!

I signed up with MOVE Private Fitness 3 months ago and this is the first time I’m taking personal training sessions. Coach Amylia has been amazing and will structure the workouts according to my level of fitness and the workouts are fun and there’s a variety (yes, some can be hard but no pain no gain 😁). I love the workout place and the equipments that I have been introduced to. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a PT!

I’ve been training with Coach Amylia for over 2 months and I’m happy with the results and experience. She took the time to understand my fitness goals, need and limitations. This is my first experience joining a gym and it has been great. I love how Amylia had personalised routines for me, targeting areas of concerns. Been dealing with knee pains and sudden weight gain for quite some time. Since early this year, Amylia had guided me throughout the stretching part and other routines including giving advices on diets. I like that Move is a private gym and my coach is very attentive.
