About the trainer

Ravi is a passionate fitness coach dedicated to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals by building resilient bodies. His journey into personal training began after recovering from a basketball injury that required surgery and extensive rehab for his lower back. Through strength training, Ravi not only recovered but also regained his full health, which sparked his desire to help others through fitness.

Motivated by his own progress, Ravi pursued a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He has since had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, each with their own unique goals.

Ravi’s training philosophy focuses on creating personalized and progressive programs tailored to each client’s individual needs and lifestyle. He believes in a balanced approach that integrates strength training, cardiovascular fitness, and proper nutrition to achieve long-lasting results.

Richard came to us wanting to lose weight and become active again after knee surgery made daily activities such as climbing stairs challenging. In just six months, our progressive strength program helped him climb stairs with ease and achieve impressive lifts: 90 kg squats and 150 kg deadlifts!
Despite a hectic work schedule, Thanin committed to improving his lower-body strength. By attending two sessions a week for 24 weeks, he increased his squat from 80 kg to 110 kg and his deadlift from 120 kg to 160 kg.
Sussi came to us looking for a holistic approach to health and fitness following a dramatic post-COVID weight gain. With the help of our nutrition strategy in combination with training 2 times a week for 6 weeks Sussi was able to lose over 5.2 kgs of which 4.2kg was fat loss bringing body fat% down from 39.9% to 37%.
