His journey into personal training began after recovering from a basketball injury that required surgery and extensive rehab for his lower back. Through strength training, Ravi not only recovered but also regained his full health, which sparked his desire to help others through fitness.
Motivated by his own progress, Ravi pursued a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He has since had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, each with their own unique goals.
