Me and my husband started at MOVE with one goal: to stay strong and healthy as we grow older. I’ve had such a great experience training at MOVE. The facilities have everything I need for a complete workout, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and motivating, which makes it easy to come regularly.A special mention goes to my personal trainer, Nichaphat (Mild). I started at the Move Private Fitness Centre in Phrom Phong a few months ago, after my wife joined and began training there a few weeks earlier. In late April 2025, I had three assessment sessions. I enjoyed them, even though they were challenging due to my low fitness and strength levels. Soon after, I signed up for a 12-week program of three one-hour sessions per week with Coach Mild. I haven’t missed a session since. I’ve recently renewed my program and will move with Coach Mild to the Asoke branch when it opens in September.I’ve trained before—sometimes consistently for months—either at home using fitness apps, at a gym on my own, or once with a personal trainer. However, for the past three years, I had done very little apart from playing golf and walking the course. My body shape wasn’t where I wanted it to be, and I also wanted to support my wife’s fitness journey by improving my own health.Over the past three months, Coach Mild has been a constant source of support—checking in almost daily, asking how I’m feeling, monitoring my progress, and encouraging that I stretch daily. Our sessions focus on strength training, mainly using free weights with some resistance machines. I do trap bar lifts and other exercises tailored to my goals: increased upper-body strength, a smaller waist, and improved flexibility. The app that comes with her program is great for tracking my progress.It’s not just the workouts that have made the difference. Without my commitment to Coach Mild, I doubt I would have attended every session. Her dietary guidance—such as eating more protein and understanding calorie deficits—has helped me grasp the connection between food, exercise, and mood. I feel stronger, my posture has improved, and my clothes fit better. Even my golf scores have dropped, which I hadn’t expected, but now see as a direct result of my increased fitness.

Prior to joining MOVE Private Fitness, I had a severe case of office syndrome causing nerve compressions and pain along my back, shoulders, and neck. Through a combination of stretching, mobility, and strength training exercises, Coach Mild helped me become pain free. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stands out.

I’ve struggled for years with neck pain from a herniated disc, and it’s been hard to find a training routine that could help. But since I've been at Move, I’ve not only reduced my pain significantly but also started building real strength and muscle for the first time in a long time.The coaches are great - they genuinely pay attention, adapt movements when needed, and still find ways to push you. Every session feels purposeful!I couldn't recommended MOVE enough if you're looking to work on yourself

MOVE is one of the few things I can wholeheartedly stand behind and recommend 100%. While their biggest strength lies not in the infrastructure but in their superb coaches and thoughtfully designed programs, the fully equipped, brand-new studio at MOVE Asok certainly doesn’t hurt!I’ve been training with MOVE for over two years now and have loved every part of the journey — the personalized attention, tailored programs, and the motivating, supportive atmosphere. The results speak for themselves: I’ve dropped weight and body fat percentage, gained muscle mass, and, most importantly, I feel fitter, healthier, and more energized — both for sports and everyday life.MOVE is ideal if you’re looking for something beyond a typical gym or class.
