Pich is an internationally accredited, award-winning personal trainer recognised for delivering exceptional results in sustainable fat loss, strength, mobility, and long-term vitality for women and men. With over 15 years of experience, serving hundreds of clients from all walks of life and abilities in real life.

Drawing on extensive personal training experience across multiple training modalities, alongside evidence-based coaching principles and meticulously designed programming, Pich’s clients consistently achieve outcomes beyond what they believed possible, improving not only physical performance but overall quality of life.

With specialised education and extensive experience coaching adults in their 40s, 50s, and beyond including post-menopausal women, her work extends beyond physical training alone. By understanding the mental and emotional barriers that often limit progress, Pich is able to guide clients through both physical and psychological challenges, building resilience, confidence, and a strong, capable body that supports life, not just workouts.
