Tasha, a dedicated wife, teacher, and mother of two, experienced a profound transformation through personal training at MOVE Kota Laksamana, Melaka. Tasha’s desire to change stemmed from a moment of self-awareness. This realization made her understand that in order to be the best for her family, she needed to take care of herself first.
“A turning point that made me want to change is when I started to frequently get frustrated and scold my kids at home,” she recalls.
“I feel that I don’t care for myself as much as I care for others all these years,” Tasha admits. Like many mothers, Tasha found herself constantly prioritizing her family’s needs over her own. “Everything I’ve done has been for my kids. But I forgot that every kid deserves a mom that’s happy and healthy so that they can be happy and healthy too.”
“Training with my coach Fyfa has helped me have the transformation I have today. I’m healthier, stronger, fitter, and more positive,” she says.

“Training gives me my ‘me’ time for me to focus on my own growth. This is where I know myself better, love myself better, and return home to function at my best each day,” Tasha shares.
