Shaun is a Pilates instructor and personal trainer dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with their bodies.
In his early years, he struggled with being overweight and believed his body was fragile. Exercise felt like punishment, and he dreaded it. That mindset shifted when he began to see movement as a way to rebuild his self-confidence. The slow, steady progress he experienced sparked a lasting interest in health and fitness, transforming exercise into a form of self-care.
Like many, his journey wasn’t without setbacks. Injuries stalled his progress, and he developed an unhealthy relationship with food. Looking back, he recognises how valuable proper guidance would have been during those early stages. That experience now drives his passion to help others avoid the same mistakes and learn how to truly take care of themselves.
With a background in Communication, he values connection and uses empathy and understanding to guide each client. His approach is centred on empowerment and building lifelong strength.Shaun believes there is no one-size-fits-all solution, every individual faces different challenges. He ensures each client feels safe, supported, and understood throughout their journey.
