Meet Shaun!

Shaun is a Pilates instructor and personal trainer dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with their bodies.

In his early years, he struggled with being overweight and believed his body was fragile. Exercise felt like punishment, and he dreaded it. That mindset shifted when he began to see movement as a way to rebuild his self-confidence. The slow, steady progress he experienced sparked a lasting interest in health and fitness, transforming exercise into a form of self-care.

Like many, his journey wasn’t without setbacks. Injuries stalled his progress, and he developed an unhealthy relationship with food. Looking back, he recognises how valuable proper guidance would have been during those early stages. That experience now drives his passion to help others avoid the same mistakes and learn how to truly take care of themselves.

With a background in Communication, he values connection and uses empathy and understanding to guide each client. His approach is centred on empowerment and building lifelong strength.Shaun believes there is no one-size-fits-all solution, every individual faces different challenges. He ensures each client feels safe, supported, and understood throughout their journey.

Whether someone is new to training, looking to move pain-free, or aiming to fit into your clothes better, Shaun is right there to guide them every step of the way.

  • Resistance Training Specialist Level 1
  • Breathe Education Pilates Mat & Reformer

Client's Achievement

Nadia found her love for strength training and feels the strongest she has ever been, she's now able to confidently wear swimsuits. She's achieved her lifetime goal of being able to do pull ups and she's able to rep 75kg Romanian deadlifts while weighing 50kg.
Zarif was able to overcome his nagging back pain in 8-weeks and is now able to play pickleball pain free without any breaks.
Chemotherapy took a toll on Lyn's body. She constantly felt weak and frail, she couldn't even walk without being out of breath. After a year and a half of consistent training she's free of back aches, her bone mineral density is stable, and dropped down two dress sizes. She's the strongest she's ever been despite being in her 60's.
