About the trainer

Yung is a warm and cheerful coach who radiates positive energy to anyone and anywhere she goes. She enjoys sports and is constantly challenging herself to be a better version of herself.

Coach Yung wishes to utilize her knowledge and skills for those in need of strength and conditioning guidance. She developed her foundation as a  Bachelor of Sports Science (Exercise Science) at the University of Malaya. She had always believed that the power of science could help a diverse range of people achieve their goals and live better lives.

Behind that warm smile there’s a powerful leader in Coach Yung. She is also an Acting Sub Lieutenant in the Royal Malaysian Naval Volunteer Reserve (RMNVR) and throughout her training, she has been brave enough to face all of her fears and fight for her breakthroughs.

She has always believed that the thought life and mindset plays a key role in determining the beginning and end of everything. So, let’s get it moving with Coach Yung!

Experience

Coach Yung has a background in injury rehabilitation, which is the care of people of all ages who have functional problems as a result of back and neck injuries; work and sports injuries, and other conditions.

She helps to restore the patient’s physical function and alleviates pain through various forms of physical exercise.

Accomplishments:
State Representative for Kedah Wushu team (2008-2016),
UM team (2016-2019) District Representative in Track and Field (2007-2014)
Medalist in SUKMA and national Wushu competition

Certification:
Sports science level 1
Sports massage level 1

Client's Achievement

Lauren, a Wushu player, tore her ACL and meniscus during her training session. After 6 months of rehabilitation, she is able to return to sports and finished fourth in SUKMA.
Philips, who has suffered from Parkinson's disease is now able to conquer the peak of Mount Kinabalu, Sabah at the age of 60.
Lilian, an office worker, struggled with her weight for several years. She is able to lose 3% of her body fat in 3 months.
