Coach Yung wishes to utilize her knowledge and skills for those in need of strength and conditioning guidance. She developed her foundation as a Bachelor of Sports Science (Exercise Science) at the University of Malaya. She had always believed that the power of science could help a diverse range of people achieve their goals and live better lives.
Behind that warm smile there’s a powerful leader in Coach Yung. She is also an Acting Sub Lieutenant in the Royal Malaysian Naval Volunteer Reserve (RMNVR) and throughout her training, she has been brave enough to face all of her fears and fight for her breakthroughs.

Coach Yung has a background in injury rehabilitation, which is the care of people of all ages who have functional problems as a result of back and neck injuries; work and sports injuries, and other conditions.
She helps to restore the patient’s physical function and alleviates pain through various forms of physical exercise.

UM team (2016-2019) District Representative in Track and Field (2007-2014)
Medalist in SUKMA and national Wushu competition
