About the trainer

He started his fitness journey at the age of 14 and is still passionate about exercise. His dream was to sculpt his body into a statue of ancient Greece. Although he didn’t major in sports or exercise science in college, he found that he loved sports and he gained a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction from teaching others, so he chose to become a fitness trainer.

For those who want to achieve their ideal body shape, coach Han Ming want to say to you is:  try making small changes to incorporate exercise into your life. These small changes can be adding 30 minutes of exercise a week to your daily routine, or eating a healthy breakfast two days a week, etc… and it can slowly make exercise become a part of your life. When exercise becomes a part of your life, you enjoy it instead of rejecting it.
