Faisal is a dedicated trainer with over 10 years of training experience. His fitness journey began at just 6 years old through sports like gymnastics and football, laying the foundation for athleticism, coordination, and discipline. At 13, motivated by a smaller frame, he turned to weight training to build strength and size, eventually gaining over 20kg of lean mass with minimal fat gain through consistent, intelligent training.
Over the years, he developed noticeable muscle growth and physical changes, which fueled his passion for training. At 23, he found a new challenge in powerlifting, drawn by the pursuit of strength and the competitive nature of the sport. This transition led him not only to compete but also to discover a passion for coaching others – helping people achieve their own goals in strength, physique, and general fitness.
As both an athlete and a coach, Faisal values empathy and connection. He believes that having walked the path himself allows him to better understand and support the individuals he works with, whether they’re chasing personal bests or simply aiming to feel stronger and healthier.
