Meet Coach Muaz — a trainer who believes fitness should be realistic, sustainable, and built around real life.

Before becoming a personal trainer, Muaz spent several years in the corporate and fintech industry, working in business development and sales. During that time, he experienced firsthand how long working hours, stress, career pressure, and life responsibilities can affect a person’s health, energy, and confidence.

His own journey with fitness began long before coaching. Muaz grew up active in sports, especially rugby, and experienced the benefits of being stronger, fitter, and more confident. However, like many busy working adults, he also went through seasons where he lost consistency, gained weight, and struggled to balance work, stress, exercise, and nutrition.

That personal experience shaped his purpose as a trainer. Muaz understands that fitness is not just about looking better or chasing quick results. It is about rebuilding strength, improving movement, creating better routines, and having the energy and confidence to show up better in daily life.

Now, Muaz focuses on helping busy people rebuild their health in a practical and sustainable way. His coaching approach is supportive, realistic, and centred around long-term progress. He works closely with clients to understand their lifestyle, challenges, and goals, then guides them with training and habits that fit their real world.
