I’m Min Hui and my passion for movement started young growing from hitting the basketball court in high school to making the gym my second home after college, and eventually diving into CrossFit a few years back.
You might be surprised to hear I actually spent several years as a pastry chef! While I loved creating delicious treats, I realized my true calling was to make a direct and lasting impact on people’s lives through fitness. I’ve also seen first hand how frustrating knee and back pain can be, especially as we age, often stemming from a lack of muscle strength.
That’s why my training philosophy centres around consistency over intensity. My goal is to help you build sustainable strength, move better, and enjoy a more vibrant life, no matter your age or starting point. Let’s get you moving confidently!
