About the trainer

With a background in Accounting, a Master’s in Islamic Finance, and a career in tech, Hariz brings a highly analytical and systems-driven mindset into coaching. He approaches strength training with precision and intent, treating every program as a process of optimization by balancing data, performance trends, and individual feedback to drive consistent, measurable progress.

His journey began with a simple goal of improving his physique. What started as a routine gym habit quickly evolved into a deep pursuit of strength. Inspired by a lifelong love for RPG games, he was drawn to the idea of “leveling up” through chasing numbers, refining technique, and maximizing performance. This eventually led him into competitive powerlifting.

Along the way, he realized the real reward was not just personal progress, but helping others achieve theirs. From coaching fellow athletes, his focus has expanded into guiding everyday individuals to feel comfortable, capable, and confident with the barbell, regardless of their starting point.

He believes strength training is one of the most powerful tools for improving not just physical health, but also mental resilience and overall well-being. His coaching reflects this through a balance of structure and flexibility, attention to detail, and a genuine focus on the individual.

Client's Achievement

Alia, a sports enthusiast was looking to get back into a consistent strength training routine but she wanted to make sure her movement quality was dialed in. 2 months in, she made the leap of faith to sign up for her first Powerlifting competition. We successfully added 15kgs to her Squat and 30kgs to her Deadlift within 4 months and 1x a week training.
Tia, a busy mother with a successful career had aspirations of trying out Powerlifting. We worked together to transition her from a running and HIIT background into her first Powerlifting competition where she Squatted 77.5kg and Deadlifted 107.5kg. We managed this within a 4 month timeframe and 1x a week training.
Sanjev initially sought to have his movement pattern for Squat and Deadlift cleaned up and optimized as he would occasionally run into pain. After 2 months he is able to lift more confidently and even managed a Deadlift personal best of 130kgs.
