Fueled by a love of mornings and proactive energy that fuels every session. Haris hold’s a Diploma in Sports Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Science (Hons), along with Muay Thai Level 1 Fighter Course from Master Toddy Academy. He brings structured, individualised programs focused on sustainable progress, clear communication, and a balance of strength, endurance, and skill development.
Beyond training, Haris is friendly, and charming, with hobbies in singing, karaoke, jamming, running, rock climbing, and training martial arts, all of which keeps him energised and ready to help you move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the journey.
