About the trainer

Hafiz is a personal trainer with a degree in Sports Science and Exercise. Passionate about fitness since childhood, his journey took a deeper turn after experiencing an accident that required rehabilitation. Through his own recovery, Hafiz discovered the power of movement and how exercise plays a vital role in healing and overall well-being.

For him, exercise is more than just physical training — it’s a source of confidence and self-growth. Growing stronger through movement has taught him that being small is never a limitation, but a reminder that strength comes from consistency, resilience, and belief in oneself. Today, Hafiz is dedicated to helping others experience the same life-changing benefits of exercise and movement.

Ashraf has managed to achieved being stronger in SBD. Doubling bodyweight for Deadlift 150kg, Squat 120kg and Bench 82kg, despite being 45 years old.
Dina has fully recovered from lower back pain that has been bothering her for 2 years. Gaining muscle mass and looking leaner on the way. Bodyweight starts at 80kg and losing consistently to 65kg.
Nelly has been off the hormone pills doctors have been prescribing to her due to her menopausal syndrome. Practicing healthy lifestyle mixing strength training and boxing for 1 years.
Alan has no more pain on the hips due to the surgery he had 2 years ago due to arthritis, exercising has been helping him getting fitter and stronger at 75 years old. His muscle mass is at 30kg with 85kg body weight.
Ms Tan condition for pre-osteoporosis has been showing better bone density result every year around her wrist by consistently doing strength training 2x/week.
