Fun is a lifelong fitness enthusiast with a genuine passion for helping others become the strongest and healthiest version of themselves.

Growing up, Fun was always active and explored a wide range of sports — from track and field and Taekwondo to Tabata, Muay Thai, hiking, and badminton. Movement has always been a natural part of her life, but what truly inspired her was realizing how fitness not only transforms the body, but also enhances overall health and builds lasting confidence.

For Fun, personal training is meaningful because it brings together her love for fitness and her desire to help people. She understands that stepping into a gym can feel intimidating — especially when you’re unsure how to use the equipment or whether you’re training correctly.

That’s why Fun is dedicated to guiding, supporting, and empowering her clients with the right knowledge and confidence to move safely and effectively. Whether the goal is to get stronger, leaner, or simply feel better in their own body, she’s committed to walking alongside them every step of the way.
