Azlan joins Off-Road Motorcycle Competitions, and wanted to prepare to carry his heavy motorcycle (105kg) off the ground if there was an accident. He managed to barbell deadlift from 90kg to 110kg in 6 weeks which is an increase in strength.
Norhairani suffers from hip bursitis, but through training she had better hip mobility and strength
