About the trainer

From a young age, Eason admired athletes but struggled with confidence and body image due to a naturally smaller frame. That changed when his father introduced him to Muay Thai—an experience that sparked a deep passion for fitness and personal growth.

From that point on, Eason immersed himself in a wide range of physical activities, in pursuit of building muscle and confidence. Along the way, he discovered a fundamental truth: growth—whether physical, mental, or emotional—requires leaning into discomfort. This lesson became the cornerstone of his personal and professional philosophy.

Eventually, Eason began working with a personal trainer, which became another turning point in his journey. The guidance, accountability, and support he received made a profound impact—not just on his physical development, but on his mindset and lifestyle. Inspired by that experience, he began helping friends get into fitness, discovering a deep sense of fulfillment in the process.

Now an FEA certified personal trainer and combat sports athlete, Eason helps individuals build strength through resistance training and supports athletes in becoming fitter and more resilient. For him, fitness isn’t just about transformation—it’s a pathway to growth through challenge.

Client's Achievement

Nukman managed to gained 10kg across 25weeks to meet required weight for karting sprint races despite hectic university class schedules and struggles to gain weight.
Marco, once fit in high school, gained weight after graduation. By training 2–3 times a week, he regained his fitness and physique in just 3 months.
Koji, a life long beginner to fitness wants to be able to pull off outfits that he likes, he managed to get in shape for it and started exploring sports like cycling and volleyball.
Edward gained 5kg of muscle across 4months despite having a full time job ,now feels more confident, and fits better in his clothes.
