Cezorio J. Konsoh is a national powerlifting athlete, physiotherapy student, and NASM-certified personal trainer.
Growing up as the smallest and weakest among his peers, he was driven to pursue sports to build strength and confidence. He began as a competitive swimmer before transitioning to weight training in 2021. Initially focused on bodybuilding and maximal lifts, he later discovered powerlifting and competed in his first competition in 2023. Since then, he has achieved significant milestones, including representing Malaysia at the Asian Powerlifting Championships in Uzbekistan in 2024.
Motivated by the transformative impact of strength training on both physical and mental well-being, he developed a passion for helping others. He began by coaching friends and family, progressed into powerlifting coaching, and eventually established himself as a personal trainer.
In 2024, he earned his NASM certification and gained professional experience working at Anytime Fitness, followed by a period as a freelance personal trainer. Today, he works with a wide range of clients—from competitive lifters to individuals focused on weight loss and general health—guiding them toward becoming stronger, healthier, and more resilient, grounded in his belief that there is no downside to getting stronger.
