Where do I start, Ray has been coaching and training me as a favor since I just started gym and I gotta say when I heard he’s moving to a new gym as a PT I got very excited and happy for him because I believe whoever getting him as a PT will see great results and not dread coming to each session as he always bring his positive and RAYdiant energy to the gym floor. He has helped me achieve several fitness goals such as doing wide grip pull ups for 15 reps and gotten visible abs right before my beach trip! He also periodically checked in on me to ensure I stay on track with my training program even when I was away for work. 10/10 would do it again and recommend to anyone starting their gym journey!

I had an amazing training session with Ray! From the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable and motivated. He took the time to understand my fitness goals and tailored the workout perfectly to my level. I can’t recommend training with Ray enough as it has been such a positive experience. He always pushes me to do better and reach my limits, which has helped me make real progress in my fitness journey. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my strength, form, and overall confidence. Training with Ray has been the best such a treat I’ve made for my health. Ray has been my personal trainer, and I've learned so much from him. He taught me proper strength training techniques and helped correct my form - things I thought I was already doing right when I used to work out on my own. He's very knowledgeable for his age (even though he's younger than me!) and really knows how to explain movements in a clear, practical way. Highly recommend him if you want to train smarter and improve your technique

Coach Bahar is always punctual and very attentive during every session. He makes sure I do each movement correctly to avoid injury and explains the proper techniques clearly. He also keeps track of my progress and motivates me to keep improving. Thanks to him, I’ve become stronger and more confident now!

I've been training with Bahar for almost 1.5 years now, and I can honestly say I wouldn't want to train with anyone else. He’s very knowledgeable, listens to what my body needs, and always knows how to adapt workouts when needed — whether it's due to injury, fatigue, or just a hectic week.His approach is thoughtful, motivating, and never one-size-fits-all. I always feel challenged but never pushed past what’s right for me. He's very friendly and soft spoken too, and never demeaning. Time goes super fast during his sessions! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a PT who really gets it.

I USED TO HATE THE GYM!!! Exercising in front of others was a big no no for me..i do some exercises at home and whatnot, but it is always the same cycle and boring routine and once the urge to stick to the couch sets in, urghh im back to square one...... I knew i wouldn’t get far like this. so i signed up and safe to say i am hooked! At first i thought it was going to be the same as any other gym. Boy was i wrong! Coach Syakila has helped me loveeeee training at the gym again. She made me focus on my goals and laid out my plans in achievable steps, the feeling after being able to complete one session is the best!. No more stresses on “what- to -do- next” at the gym phase. She’s got me covered. My job is to show up and have fun. I see myself improving after each session and she is patient in guiding me through the workout, fixing my form and keeping my spirits uplifted. Now I just cant wait for the next session. I would highly recommend Coach Syakila as your PT, she is attentive and focuses on making each movement count. I feel myself getting physically stronger and my confidence level to train at the gym is gradually improving. I am not scared nor lazy anymore to MOVE!
