About the trainer

When he’s not at work in the gym or keeping up to date with the latest nutrition research, Coach Matt is always on the run.. like.. literally! This Sarawakian chap has been inspired by the many coaches that have trained him to achieve things he never thought he could. He wants to pay it forward by coaching others to achieve their own breakthroughs in life and he’s made sure he is well-equipped to do so!

With a degree in Nutrition from the University of Leeds, a Masters in Public Health Nutrition, and multiple Personal Training certificates, you can be sure to only receive the best quality coaching with Coach Matt. He will ensure that you will be the strongest version of yourself in and out of the gym. He will also guide you to having a healthy relationship with food and hitting your nutrition goals sustainably.

Experience

Coach Matt has competed in Track and Field ever since he was 13 all the way through university.
He has won multiple medals at State Level as well as representing the University of Leeds in the British University Championships. After graduating with his Masters, he has since done an internship as a Sports Nutritionist at Selangor Football Club and has been coaching working adults in Strength Training and Nutrition.

-Degree in Nutrition from the University of Leeds

-NASM level 3 PT
-NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist

Client's Achievement

Arlene has managed to lose 4kg in 3 months and also dropped her 5km personal best timing by 3 minutes in 1 year.
Canny has managed to gain 6kg of muscle mass and has gone from doing bodyweight pull-ups to weighted pull-ups all within 24 weeks.
Samuel started off not being able to do kneeling push ups. Within 12 weeks, he could do a set of full push ups for 6 repetitions.
