About the trainer

His fitness journey is built on a very personal transformation. It all started in 2015, when he channeled his recovery from a period of depression into the gym. That initial commitment resulted in gaining 16 kg and, more importantly, a new perspective on life. This experience ignited his unwavering passion: to advocate for the positive change that strength and fitness can bring, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

​He is a true believer in the science of movement. He consistently stays current with the latest studies and research, dedicating 10 to 20 minutes daily to keeping up with evidence-based exercise science. This commitment ensures that his coaching remains rooted in the most effective practices.

Bahar uses a holistic approach because he believes fitness should offer the best return on investment while remaining sustainable and long-term.

​He rejects the “all or nothing” or “go big or go home” mindset. He knows that true progress happens with consistency—it’s about getting 1% better every day. His goal is to get clients off the yo-yo cycle, helping them build a healthy lifestyle they can maintain indefinitely.

​Ultimately, he believes fitness is for everyone. Through his coaching, he has seen countless individuals achieve empowering progress, regardless of their gender, age, or starting condition. He is driven by the belief that everyone deserves to experience the strength and confidence that comes with feeling their best.
