I took a 6 week online training programme with Visshnoo. And the 6 weeks he has been truly helpful always checking on me. Eventhough he was also busy prepping for his competition he never once failed to check on me, help to me to improve my forms. He also gave me nutrition plans and constantly worked on accommodating my fav food without compromising on calories as well. So worth it !

Coach Visshnoo is someone who would not only train you but will also get to know you as a person and build a program that works for you and sustainable for long term. He is very attentive and very passionate about helping clients reach their expectation when it comes to fitness. Its not very often you find coaches who truly care about their client and would also spend extra hours during their day to go through their plan and constantly communicate with their clients to ensure they are comfortable and progressing in their workout.
