Question 1

How much should I expect to invest in MOVE’s personal training program?

Accepted Answer

Emphasizing your unique needs and preferences, our personalized fitness programs can work according to your budget, generally ranging from RM1.5k – RM3k per month. For those who prefer trying before committing, our Live More Kickstarter (RM670) is an ideal way to start. It provides extensive insights into your present health and fitness baseline, coupled with an action plan utilizing frameworks and modules curated by MOVE that have been used to help the lives of hundreds.

Question 2

What differentiates MOVE from other gyms?

Accepted Answer

Many SME and MNC owners, entrepreneurs, and executives have chosen us as their preferred option for maintaining a robust and active lifestyle, mainly because our health and fitness approach is both sustainable and holistic. We have discovered a way to seamlessly integrate it into your life, allowing you to achieve your desired outcome without sacrificing what matters most to you. Furthermore, our private, appointment-based personal training studios offer you a swift getaway and reset from your busy and demanding life. Ideal for VIPs and those valuing privacy; relish a quiet and intimate workout experience with us.

Question 3

When signing onto MOVE’s coaching program, are there any hidden costs?

Accepted Answer

We like to make it lean and meaningful for your experience with us and therefore we have trimmed off fees that don’t make sense to us such as registration, membership and contract fees. Just the program fee will do. Isn’t that cool?

Question 4

Do I get to choose my coach?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely! We pride ourselves on providing the right coach that matches your goals and schedule. Start browsing for your coach HERE.

Question 5

What happens if I don’t achieve my results with MOVE?

Accepted Answer

We understand that you might have failed previously or may be skeptical regarding how we could help. Rest assured, our program has a track record of delivering results to people of all shapes and sizes in all MOVE branches. You can also read our Google Reviews for a glimpse of what is possible for you. Additionally, when we meet for our in-studio consultation, we will only proceed to take you on as a client when we are certain about helping you achieve your desired outcome. It is only because of our stringent client selection process, that the clients we work with have all managed to accomplish remarkable improvements in their health and fitness.

Question 6

How long does it take to achieve my health and fitness goal?

Accepted Answer

Our approach to helping you achieve your goals combines the art of coaching and the science of training to provide effective, safe, and sustainable progress. You should expect to go on a journey of at least 2 months with us on a well-structured plan consisting of foundation-building in the areas of exercise technique, strength, endurance, and posture correction. Your program will evolve with you as you grow in your fitness journey and training capacity, ensuring maximum results no matter what age or stage of life you are in.

Question 7

I have/had bodily pain/health issues, will your program be suitable?

Accepted Answer

With our help, numerous clients have overcome aches and pains and even surprised their doctors with improved health markers in cases of diabetes and high blood pressure. However, a green light from your doctor is vital and our personal trainers are well-versed when it comes to working alongside medical professionals and other healthcare providers such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, or physical therapists. Furthermore, at MOVE, our training programs incorporate input not only from your personal trainer but also enriched by the collective wisdom of expert trainers with diverse expertise. This collaborative approach allows us to assess cases and collectively devise the optimal training and lifestyle regimen that best suits your requirements.

Question 8

What level of health & fitness should I be in order to go on MOVE’s coaching program?

Accepted Answer

You don’t have to be fit to start, you just have to start to be fit. The beauty of being coached 1 on 1 is that you will have everything personalized for you. Our expertise extends to supporting people with physical and health conditions, involving close cooperation with healthcare professionals, including doctors and physiotherapists, to guarantee the utmost safety, effectiveness, and personalization in our programs.

Question 9

How is MOVE different from other gyms?

Accepted Answer

Firstly, we aren’t in the business of selling the usage of facilities, access to space (membership), or a slot in a class. Rather, our key focus is your results and your experience in achieving them. And contrary to the typical “no pain no gain” approach and beyond focusing solely on calorie burn, we firmly believe that your health and fitness success isn’t gauged by drastic “Before” and “After” body transformations and how quickly you can go from 0 to 100. Instead, true success is achieved when you can sustain a healthy living routine and habits for life, with or without us. The icing on the cake will be having all our training sessions with your appointed certified personal trainer in a small, private, appointment-based, and hygienic space.
