About the trainer

Jack, a dedicated fitness coach from Kuching, grew up in a family of educators, where teaching and guiding others were a natural part of life. With a background in teaching mathematics at various academic levels, Jack discovered his true calling during university, inspired by a mentor who introduced him to bodybuilding, strength training, and cardiovascular training for athletes.

After experiencing a series of transformative life events, Jack developed a deep belief that movement is medicine. This philosophy drives his passion for helping others improve their mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Jack is committed to sharing his knowledge and personal experiences to empower his clients to move better, think clearer, and live healthier.
