Connor May’s journey into personal training began with a passion for becoming stronger and understanding the process behind real progress. What started as a personal commitment to fitness grew into a desire to help others experience the same transformation.

Syu started strength training with one goal: to become stronger for baseball. At the beginning, many of the lifts felt challenging and she was still learning the basics of proper movement and strength training. Over the next 16 weeks, her progress was clear. Her body fat percentage dropped from around 28% to 22%, while her muscle mass increased by about 3–4%. As she built strength in her legs, core, and upper body, the improvements began to translate directly to her performance on the field. By the end of the program, Syu wasn’t just stronger in the gym—she was moving faster, hitting harder, and playing baseball with far more confidence than when she started.
