About the trainer

Haikal grew up as an obese child with a strong passion for sports. During his high school years, he actively participated in rugby and pencak silat, which pushed him to transform his body to meet the physical demands of competition. This sparked a deep interest in exercise, leading him to pursue knowledge on fat loss, muscle building, and overall performance. His passion eventually guided him to undertake a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science.

During his foundation studies, Haikal experienced a significant setback when he tore his ACL, undergoing surgery during his degree. Rather than discouraging him, this challenge fueled his curiosity about injury prevention, rehabilitation, and optimizing athletic performance. He became determined not only to recover but to return stronger than before.

Over the past decade, Haikal has immersed himself in the process of self-improvement, continuously exploring effective training methods and strategies. His dedication and results earned him the trust of close friends, who began seeking his guidance in their own fitness journeys.

Today, Haikal’s mindset has evolved beyond personal achievement. He is driven by a strong sense of purpose to help others become the best version of themselves. With a focus on health, fitness, wellness, and longevity, he is also expanding into sports performance. He believes that with the knowledge he has gained, it is his responsibility to support others—reminding them that they do not have to face their fitness journey alone, especially when he understands firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate it independently.

  • SUPER UiTM Pencak Silat 2024 Silat Olahraga Kelas H (80-85kg) Bronze medal
  • SUKSES Pencak Silat 2023 Silat Olahraga Kelas I (85-90kg) Bronze medal

Client's Achievement

Yasmin is a law student and managed to go from 58.4kg weight, 19.9kg muscle mass and 36.5% body fat down to 57.7kg weight, 20.6kg muscle mass and 33.8% bodyfat in a matter of 6 weeks.
Adam is a BJJ practitioner and works as an auditor. He took strength training and cardio advice to lose 8kg in 3 months to help him perform better on the mat despite his busy schedule.
Aqil is an active rugby player and boxer for his university. He was able to perform for his team in MASUM and SUKIPT claiming to feel strong, powerful and endurant. He also won his first amateur boxing match by knockout. This was all after he followed a simple strength and conditioning plan tailored specifically around his busy student life.
Najwa lost 10kg (and counting) in three months following a sustainable diet and lifestyle change. She is still going strong increasing her physical activities to lose more.
