Meet Coach Zul Eirfan — a strength and performance coach passionate about helping individuals build confidence and resilience through structured training.

Zul began his fitness journey in 2014 with the goal of improving his own strength and physique. Over time, that personal pursuit evolved into competitive powerlifting and a deeper appreciation for movement quality, progressive systems, and long-term development.

Having experienced his own journey with self-confidence, Zul understands that starting can be the hardest step. He values the willingness to begin and believes that with the right guidance, structure, and consistency, anyone can grow stronger — both physically and mentally.

Since coaching seriously in 2021, Zul has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, focusing on strong fundamentals, sustainable progression, and creating a positive training environment. His approach blends technical precision with supportive coaching, ensuring clients not only achieve results but also enjoy the process of getting there.

Client's Achievement

Boon, a working professional with no prior training experience built foundational strength over 4 months, improving squat and deadlift technique while gaining confidence and consistency in training. Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift started with 80kg, 40kg & 120kg respectively, after 4 months became 120kg, 75kg for 3 repetitions & 165kg with a few kilos lefts in the tank.
Syahirah, a beginner client progressed from assisted movements to confidently performing barbell compound lifts within 6 months through structured strength development & gained over 1.3kg of muscle mass.
Reema, a mother of 2, working as a freelance Make Up Artist who have a very busy schedule, managed to improved her overall health & strength in 6 months of consistent training, 2 times a week. She managed to reduce her body weight from 63kg to 59kg & her shirt size went down from M to S size.
