Jon is a passionate and committed coach who discovered his calling in fitness through his own transformation journey. Coming from a background in the creative and real estate industries, he experienced firsthand how training reshaped both his body and mindset, sparking a deeper drive to help others achieve the same.

What began as a personal pursuit grew into a desire to build connections through fitness. This led him to create a small community initiative, where people came together to train, share coffee, and meaningful conversations. The impact of that experience solidified Jon’s purpose. To guide others not only in building strength and confidence, but also in creating a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle.
