Meet Coach Zi- Your friendly neighborhood female coach who’s passionate about rehabilitation and fitness!

With a background rooted in both science and personal experience, Zi’s journey into the world of exercise and health began after a pivotal moment in 2015- ACL injury from basketball that changed her perspective on the power of strength and movement.

Graduating from Australia as an ESSA- certified Exercise Physiologist, Zi has always been drawn to musculoskeletal health and sports medicine. Her own rehabilitation journey fueled her belief that exercise is not just about performance, but about healing, resilience, and a long-term well-being.

Over time, this passion naturally evolved into a deeper focus on Strength & Conditioning and Personal Training. Zi champions the philosophy that exercise is the new medicine, combining evidence-based practice with empathy and encouragement to guide her clients toward stronger, healthier, and more confident lives.

Whether it’s injury recovery, building strength, or finding joy in movement again, Coach Zi is committed to helping people reclaim their potential- one rep at a time.

Experience

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (Exercise Physiologist) ESSA
• Star Academy- First Aid, CPR and AED

An auditor, Ms. Sashi who was barely getting her 800 steps a day and was feeling more stronger and able to enjoy her family trip in Japan with all the walking and climbing after her 12 weeks doing general strength and conditioning.
A 64-year-old, Mr. Rusihan, have completed the Gold Coast Half Marathon with a personal record of 2:58 slicing more than 26 minutes of any last HM. His dedication in consistently coming in and showing up for his strengthening sessions for the past 24 weeks.
A 90-year-old, known as Tunku Din have set a new PR after his 3 weeks sessions when he was able to do a shoulder press with a 10kg dumbbell each side despite his pacemaker and double vision.
