Don’t let his title of “students’ choice jokester” fool you – Coach Yan Sheng is serious about delivering results. He holds a degree in Exercise Science with distinction and has spent over 10 years competing in Taekwondo.

Though he’s been surrounded by competitive athletes, Coach Yan Sheng also has a passion for using exercise to improve the general population’s movement abilities. He’s known among his friends for his generosity in sharing his knowledge, communicating with patience and effectiveness. Thanks to his background in competitive sports, Coach Yan Sheng pays close attention to his clients’ movement executions during exercise, ensuring that they perform each movement safely and effectively. He firmly believes in staying up-to-date with the latest exercise and training findings to help his clients avoid unnecessary trial-and-error.
