About the trainer

Coach Vimal, once a frustrated teenager who often needed scissors to open snacks, found inspiration in fictional characters that motivated him to transform both his body and mind. He pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports & Exercise Science to refine his training methodology. Transitioning from a lean 45 kg to a robust 63 kg, he achieved unprecedented strength levels beyond his initial vision.

Experiencing newfound power, he realized the true essence of being strong. Despite acknowledging there’s more to learn and explore on his fitness journey, he cherishes the joy and valuable life lessons it has brought him. Now, Coach Vimal is passionate about sharing this transformative experience with others, wishing for them to discover the strength within and unveil the hero in themselves through their fitness journey.

Experience

– Bachelor Degree in Sports & Exercise Science
– Former physical education teacher
– Training those looking to build mass
