About the trainer

Qhalid’s journey into fitness began as an overweight child who felt disconnected from the traditional path of academics and career. While earning a degree didn’t resonate with him, he discovered a genuine passion for fitness, which gave him a new purpose. Inspired by his mother’s humanitarian work, Qhalid felt a strong desire to help others through his own path.

With over 10 years of experience, Qhalid now specializes in helping clients with pain and injury rehabilitation, body recomposition, and strength-building. He believes in a holistic approach to fitness, emphasizing not only physical performance but also recovery and overall well-being. Qhalid is dedicated to making a positive impact in people’s lives, guiding them through both physical and emotional transformations with empathy and expertise.

Despite a busy schedule as a business owner and consultant, Rahman achieved remarkable fitness results — gaining 5 kg of muscle, losing 5% body fat in six months, and completing the Berlin Marathon pain-free.
81-year-old Dato Haron suffered a slipped disc and muscle atrophy towards one side of his leg. He has managed to progress significantly where he is enjoying life pain free.
Ex cheer captain for Team Malaysia Karmen Wong struggled with knee pain and headaches from poor work life balance as well as lacking motivation and structure. By the end of 8 weeks her hip thrust went from 120kg for 8 reps to 150kg for 8reps all pain free.
Wafa came in to train with Qhalid without having done any prior workouts for the last 20 years. Given the long hiatus and him being in his mind 50s there was not too much expectation for mind blowing results. After 1 year of train, his muscle mass managed to increase by 5kg and a fat loss of 11% while achieving goals such as pullups for sets of 10 and deadlifts @110kg.
