Joshua’s journey into fitness started long before he became a Personal Trainer.
For over a decade, Joshua coached in the indoor skydiving industry, helping thousands of people from all backgrounds experience the thrill of flight. From first-time flyers overcoming their fears to experienced athletes refining their skills, he discovered a deep fulfilment in helping people build confidence, improve performance, and achieve things they once thought were impossible.
As a certified skydiving coach with over 200 skydives, former Guinness World Record holder for the Longest Indoor Freefall, and national competition athlete, Joshua developed a strong appreciation for the importance of preparation, discipline, and trusting the process. He realised that the same principles that help people perform in challenging environments also apply to building a healthier and stronger body.
His passion for coaching, combined with his interest in health, human performance, and longevity, led him to pursue a career in Personal Training. Joshua believes fitness is not just about looking better, but about building a body that allows people to live life with more confidence, energy, and capability.
Today, as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Joshua helps clients create sustainable fitness habits through strength training, movement, and practical lifestyle changes. His coaching approach focuses on education, encouragement, and accountability — ensuring clients understand not just what they are doing, but why they are doing it.
Joshua is committed to helping clients become stronger, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves, while making fitness a realistic and enjoyable part of their everyday lives.
