Clarice once avoided P.E. (Physical Education) classes like the plague. Today, she’s the coach women turn to when they’re ready to stop fighting their bodies and start trusting them.
It started in 2018, when calisthenics lit something up in her that she couldn’t ignore. As she fell in love with movement, she noticed a pattern in the women around her: their relationship with “weight loss” was really just a mirror of their relationship with themselves. So she completed a 10-month certification — to learn how to help women reconnect with their intuition, rebuild trust with food and fitness, and rewrite the story they’d been told about their own bodies.
A few years later, her focus shifted toward helping female coaches reclaim their authentic voice and brand. But the throughline never changed. Whether she’s coaching bodies or brands, Clarice is chasing the same thing: helping women come home to themselves, unlock their creative energy, and step into a more radiant, resourced version of who they are. There’s nothing that lights her up more than watching someone hit that breakthrough moment — the one where everything shifts.
Now, it’s come full circle. Clarice is building something bigger: a body of work designed to challenge the tired narrative that thinness — and depletion — equals beauty. Her conviction runs deep: real radiance isn’t about shrinking. It’s about being resourced — creatively, physically, financially, spiritually. And strength training? That’s not the goal. It’s the vehicle. The way in to becoming fully, unapologetically Radiant & Resourced.
