Meet Elliot, a coach driven by one simple belief: training should expand your life, not restrict it.

Having played Rugby throughout his teenage years, Elliot was introduced to the gym at just 13 years old by his older brother and never looked back.

What began as a passion for movement and performance later became a personal turning point, as he went through his own 18kg weight loss transformation after stopping playing rugby and picking up some bad lifestyle habits.

That journey didn’t just change his body, it shaped how he coaches.

Experiencing both sides of fitness firsthand has given Elliot a deep understanding of the physical and mental challenges his clients face. He knows what it’s like to feel uncomfortable in your own body, to rebuild confidence, and to create habits that last, because he’s lived it himself.

With over seven years in the fitness industry and experience coaching hundreds of clients from all backgrounds, Elliot focuses on helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with fewer limits.

His approach blends intelligent training, sustainable progress, and real-world application so results don’t just stop at the gym doors.

Elliot’s coaching isn’t about extremes or short-term fixes. It’s about building capable, resilient bodies that support life outside the gym, whether that’s improving performance, restoring confidence, or simply feeling good day to day.
