If you’re looking for a coach who really knows his stuff and can adjust training to you, go find Coach Thomas.I got super long arms, so when I bench, my shoulders and triceps always take over, my chest don’t feel much. Coach Thomas straightaway noticed and helped me adjust my grip, angle, and bar path — now can finally feel my chest working.He also taught me that same exercise can hit different parts just by changing grip — like supinated vs pronated. Every now and then he’ll ask me to switch it up so different muscles get worked.Honestly, Coach Thomas makes sure you train smart, not just hard. 10/10 highly recommend.

I don’t really exercise often and was quite demotivated to. But recently after having a session with Coach Thomas, my perspective changed. He made it enjoyable to workout and was very motivational and encouraging. He was also very friendly and entertained all my questions without hesitation. Heard that he has been bodybuilding for the many years. He definitely has the experience and the knowledge to perform well as a coach! One of my best experiences with a gym coach by far!

Want to say thank you Arthur from the Puchong centerBeen going through training sessions with him for the past few months and I really appreciate how patient, attentive and caring he is.Going through the program with Move was more than just going through sessions but also also a detailed program where the trainers took the time to get the know our daily routines, diet and even the state of our mental wellness.Through simple conversations, suggestions on lifestyle changes and a carefully tailored training program, I'm now lighter, moving better and also feel less sore after exercise.Something I really appreciate as well is that I was telling him that as someone who just got diagnosed with ADHD this year, I might struggle a bit with some focus and following some instructions, and he handled this really well with top class patience🙏🙏👍👍I'd recommend Move to anyone who's just trying to take a simple step in improving their liveliness. The trainers really showed a deeper empathy and attention compared to other places I've been to in the past

My experience with Move has been great! Yung was my coach during my whole workout session. Started last year and I can big improvement on my body and health. I feel stronger 💪🏻💪🏻 Yung is a very friendly and helpful coach. She guides me and push my limit to all the workout that i thought I couldn’t do. Highly recommend to look for Yung if you want a girl PT. ❤️

Alice teaches in such a gentle way.She always notices what I need and adjusts the moves so I can follow at my own pace.I used to dislike exercising, but with her guidance, I’m slowly starting to enjoy it.

My experience with Coach Alice was amazing, no regret choosing her as my PT, she customized movements that suit me best and fits my fitness goal, explained and guided all movements with patience, her dance background is a plus, makes the training feels more dynamic and not boring, she is definitely the coach I'm looking for!Not to mention her passion in doing her job!Highly recommend Coach Alice for those looking for a dedicated and professional coach💕

I am a very shy, low confident kind of person. It definitely took me a while to meet up with any of the MOVE fitness team or even to sign up with them.I finally meet up with a trainer named Arthur. He actually took his time to listen and understand the person I am and with that he draw a schedule for me. 1st impression of MOVE Fitness centre, I was impress that there were not crowded like all those gym centre and I did not feel the insecure feeling when I was there unlike going to normal gym.I signed up and Arthur was my PT, as my PT, I give him a thumbs up and high five because he listened to my issue and with that I love my training with him. Everyday i am progressing and I am feeling a little stronger. I also notice the way he trains is very different, its suits my body because I want to gain strength and also lose weight.Anyone who wants something different and if you want to have a healthier life and specially someone to listen & understand you for a better lifestyle....you should try out MOVE Private Fitness.

Min Hui is my personal trainer, she is a very discipline and patience trainer, she guide me a very accurate portion when doing my training for my past 3 months course, I feel good and can keep my body fit after the training, I strongly recommend her as a good trainer if u need a fitness course.

I have been under MinHui for 11 PT sessions. Although short, but I can feel the difference compared to workout without weights sessions that I joined for 12 sessions. Can see body got sculpted very fast and I had gained a lot of strentgh! I learn a lot about gym from Min Hui. Also I realized my X legs not so bad as before. I am now a believer of gym.

Highly recommend Arthur as a personal training coach.I did not have any intention to start working out at all, until I met Arthur during a roadshow in my company.I decided to give it a shot and try to work out and improve my lifestyle. Arthur started off by understanding my goals, preferences and he taught me more on concept and how to feel my own body, rather than just pushing me through reps blindly.After 3 months training with Arthur, I lost 5 kg without losing any of my muscle mass, all weight loss was due to fat loss, which proves that the routine that I have been doing is very useful.Even though when I'm doing my workout alone, I am able to confidently do it myself because Arthur has taught me how to do it in a safe condition. He also taught me how to arrange my workout and his thoughts behind planning my workout.Overall very fortunate to meet Arthur and he has enabled me to start a more healthy lifestyle.

When I first started training with Yung, my goal was to strengthen my knees (I always had knee pain when climbing stairs or doing lunges) and to lose weight and fat. Fast forward to today—my weight and fat levels have been steadily decreasing, my lean muscle mass is increasing, and best of all, I no longer experience knee pain.Yung is incredibly supportive and understanding of my lifestyle, customizing workout plans to align with my goals. She’s also like a personal cheerleader—always cheerful and encouraging, yet able to push me out of my comfort zone to achieve more.

Our trainer is Coach Rajes. We are very happy with him. He has excellent subject content that helps motivate the client by understanding the various exercise routines. At the same time, he has great people skills and is sensitive to the clients health issues in terms of the exercises. He is also able to be flexible with schedules of the client and most importantly he is passionate about his role as a coach and is ambitious which is good.

I’ve been training with Yung for about 3 months, and the results have been great. She makes every session more challenging but at a structured pace, and is good at giving advice on your dieting and lifestyle when needed. She is very friendly and personable and I really enjoy the workouts with her!
