At first, I was really worried that I wouldn't be able to move around as much as before. Many everyday movements were difficult, and I lacked confidence in my body.After training with Coach Sean, I slowly regained my sense of rhythm. He was very patient and meticulous. He didn't just tell me to lift heavy weights; instead, he helped me regain my physical functions first, such as walking stability, balance, range of motion, and the strength I could use in daily life. He explained the purpose of each exercise, which made me feel more at ease.After training for a while, I really felt a difference. Now walking, bending over, and lifting things are much easier, and I'm less prone to discomfort. I’m new to strength training, so I was nervous at first. MOVE Gym has been a really good start for me. Coach Fun listens to what my body can handle, and adjusts the session so I don’t feel overwhelmed. So far I’m seeing progress and I actually feel supported as a beginner. Happy I found this place!

Sean is a friendly and professional personal trainer. As a beginner, I really appreciate his close attention and patience in explaining every details and guidance ensuring my posture is always correct during the session. Before training with Sean, I had absolutely no gym experience and honestly felt very insecure about exercising, especially because of my weight. Sean never judged or rushed me. From the first session, he made me feel respected, comfortable, and supported.He started everything from the basics and adjusted the workouts to my ability.
