Rajes began his weight training journey at just 13 in an old-school bodybuilding gym, surrounded by state and national bodybuilders. Feeling out of place among more advanced athletes, he faced the challenge of starting from scratch in an intimidating environment.

Despite years of consistent training, he struggled to see the results he wanted. Determined to understand what was missing, Rajes immersed himself in the science of exercise, eventually pursuing a diploma in Exercise Science. This knowledge transformed his approach to fitness, giving him the tools to train smarter and more effectively.

Now, with over six years of coaching experience, Rajes has helped countless clients not only lose fat and build muscle but also improve health conditions like hypertension and diabetes. His mission is to empower others with the right knowledge and support for lasting, sustainable change.

From a teenager who once felt lost in the gym to a coach guiding others to take control of their health, Rajes’ journey is a testament to persistence, learning, and growth. He believes that with the right approach, anyone can overcome challenges and achieve their fitness goals.
