Peng believes in channeling his passion in fitness into tangible and sustainable goals for his clients.
He remains grounded to the core teachings and guidelines under the
American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a practicing fitness professional with ACE.

He further pursued a Youth Specialist (ACE) and Weight Management Specialist (ACE) certifications when he saw a need to further hone his skills in training a wider range of clients from varying backgrounds.

Peng understands the importance of incorporating strength-based resistance movements as a basis for everyone, and continuously work to rid the stigma around strength training through his clients’ results
