About the trainer

Meet Coach Jonn – A passionate advocate for positive change through fitness and strength!

Though he started his journey in the Advertising and Marketing industry, Jonn’s life took a fortuitous turn when he discovered his true purpose: empowering others through physical fitness. Having experienced his own transformation, he knows firsthand the mental and psychological benefits of being physically fit.

As someone who was once genetically smaller and felt weak, Jonn realized that effort and dedication could rewrite his story. He began educating and coaching those around him, experiencing the incredible fulfillment of helping others become stronger and fitter.

Now an FEA Certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Jonn focuses on helping people lift and live better through Resistance & Strength Training. Whether it’s Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, or Weightlifting, he channels his expertise into guiding others toward their goals.

Client's Achievement

Despite a hectic work schedule, competitive powerlifter Gerard increased his total from 660kg to 687.5kg in a span of one year, winning the Men’s u105kg Open category at a local competition.
Athlete Raymond in his 30s put on 5kg muscle mass through an extensive muscle-building phase without compromising mobility and athleticism.
Sports enthusiast Michelle was interested to join a strength competition and manage to increase her 1RM Deadlift by 17.5kg and got a gold medal in the Junior u48kg category in 5 months.
Salesperson Thip never found exercising fun but she was committed to her physique goal. She managed to lose 4% body fat in 18 weeks while retaining her body weight of 47kg and found Resistance Training enjoyable as she got stronger/fitter.
17 year-old Muay Thai Fighter Eason had goals to be aesthetically bigger to withstand adults' strikes during sparring. He managed to achieve that by putting on over 7kg (size XS/S to size M) of muscle mass in 24 weeks.
