Joon Howe is a busy Project Director with 2 kids. He’s able to commit 2-3 hours of his time per week to exercise. He lost 2kg and 2% body fat in 4 weeks.
Mei San didn’t lose weight but she lost 3% body fat and gained 1.7kg lean body mass in 8 weeks.
