Elvis has been passionate about fitness for over a decade and has been helping others transform their lives as a coach since 2020.

His journey began in high school when he was a skinny, self-conscious teenager searching for a way to build muscle and boost his confidence. Over time, he realized that strength training wasn’t just about appearance—it was about feeling stronger, staying healthier, and improving overall quality of life.

Now, Elvis is dedicated to helping others experience the same benefits. He focuses on how strength training can combat aging, prevent muscle loss (sarcopenia) and osteoporosis, and break the cycle of sedentary habits.

For Elvis, fitness isn’t just about living longer—it’s about living better. His goal is to help people stay strong, independent, and capable of taking care of themselves for years to come.
