WHY CAN’T I LOSE FAT?
Fundamentally, losing weight is not complicated. Eat less, exercise more (better yet, both) to induce a calorie deficit and repeat until desired outcome is achieved. But the reality remains that many women are struggling with that.
There are no quick fixes, special workout routines/diets, or a one-size-fits-all approach to fat loss. And from our extensive experiences working with hundreds of fat loss clients, here are some of our biggest takeaways:
You can do this without cutting out all the food you love! #burgers
Ditch the weight scale, it tells but a small part of the story, go by how your clothes fit!
Having the right mindset and understanding in advance the struggles that will happen during the stages of weight loss sets you up for success.
Contrary to popular belief, weight training is just as effective for fat loss compared to cardio. And in the long term, weight training is far superior to cardio.
Losing fat is more about having sustainable, flexible dietary and lifestyle principles… instead of starving, punishing yourself, and wasting a ton of money on shady, dubious supplements.
Are you ready to build a body you love, and break free from restrictive fad diets and bad eating habits, forever?
Based on data from our extensive clientele, men and women fundamentally do not have to train differently, and the results are statistically similar. But women do face issues that men don’t. Hence, our Women’s Body Transformation programme takes into account your monthly fluctuations to optimize your training, and help you build a healthy relationship with food and exercise.
So if you’re ready to work hard and most likely sweat, these life-changing transformations can be yours too!
Your Questions Answered
1. Will I get bulky lifting weights?
No, you most certainly will not. Firstly, females have much less muscle mass than men to begin with. Secondly, women have but 1/10th to 1/30th the testosterone level of men, testosterone is the main anabolic hormone of the human body that aids muscle growth. Taking into account these factors, even years of hard training and good nutrition will not lead to a bulky appearance, rather a tight, toned look that most women are looking for. The bulky, muscled look seen on female bodybuilders and athletes are the results of performance enhancing drugs coupled with years of intense lifting.
2. Do I have to stop snacking and eat chicken breast and broccoli every meal?
No, you don’t. But for certain foods, you do have to indulge mindfully and eat in moderation
