Our muscle gain & fat loss program is focused on building lean muscle mass while getting you shredded. As Malaysia’s leading expert in physique transformation, our training methodologies are constantly evolving to stay current with the latest research and findings, and has since helped countless clients achieve a life-defining body transformation.

 

WHY AREN’T MY MUSCLES GROWING?

Building muscle may sound simple, swinging some weights around till you’re tired, rinse and repeat. But in reality, building muscle is a branch of science on it’s own. But if you not a science person, no worries, let our trainers take good care of it.

 

In point of fact, growing muscle isn’t something that’s exclusive to genetic elites, everyone has the ability to build an impressive physique with proper training and nutrition.

 

At MOVE, in retrospect of the mistakes we’ve noticed people making:

1. TRAINING – Conflating the wrong training methods for muscle building. Due to the absence of a structured program that tracks and manages training volume, intensity and performance, coupled with poor exercise technique and selection, their muscles are either getting too much or too little and/or improper stimulus. 

2. NUTRITION – They couldn’t sustain growing muscle and losing fat without a nutritional approach that focuses on sustainable energy intake, optimal macronutrient intake, and quality food.

3. LIFESTYLE – Recovery is part and parcel of losing fat while gaining muscle, and many people’s lifestyles do not support that. The lack of quality sleep, stress management, and recovery strategies will compromise recovery and hormonal balance, which inhibits muscle growth and fat loss.
