I would like to thank Coach Gina for her creative ways in designing a training plan for me. Personally, I have a few health issues such as knee injury and consistent right shoulder pain, causing me to have limited choices of activities which I can do. These health issues make me feel insecure to get back to sports again, and I have drastic weight gain. As an ex-athelete, it's a huge setback for me. Along the personal training, coach Gina is patient yet strict with me haha, helping me to train hard but not to incur anymore injuries. She emphasizes a lot on my diet, weekly routine and stress level, so that I would pay attention to them and would not just rely on the training itself. The studio is clean, private enough to make an extreme introvert like me to feely comfy hehe. Thanks MOVE, thanks coach Gina!

Getting lost 8 kg by doing exercise and diet control by myself in 3 months is impossible. However, after we met coleman, our personal trainer, patience and nice person, with the help and supervision, we are able to do this! Let's target another 8 kg in 3 months. Thanks to Coleman!

This is my first time engaging a personal trainer for beginners strength training and I'm so glad I did it with Coach Coleman at Move. Tidy, clean private studio with good equipment, easy parking and convenient location. Coach Coleman is professional, super personable, extremely accommodating, reliable, always punctual to start training with a planned exercise routine, has great sense of humor and most importantly he genuinely cares about his clients. During this time, I have learned a lot from him. He has helped me identify the weak and strong muscles on my body and what I should improve to gain more overall physical strength for better daily living. He ensures that my posture is correct to work the right muscles and prevent injury. He also gives me advice and feedback on nutrition and diet management to support the training program. I started PT w Coach Lina a couple of months ago and have had a really positive experience. She’s a fantastic trainer with great sense of humor, very professional in coaching and very knowledgeable. Training programmes are clearly tailored to meet my specific needs and she truly understand what is necessary to help me meet my goals. She also give plenty of encouragement along the way and workout w her is fun as well as challenging (I barely notice the time passing!) Would highly recommend!! Thank you!!

I'm Melody Contreras, and my trainer is Coach Fei Fei.Before I joined this Private Fitness I think many times first worth it or not because for me not easy to find money and then if I do myself I have no motivate and I don't know my posture correct or not specially my knee got a problem and I don't know how to control my food.I decided to join and try only.Within training with Coach fei fei, I already learned a lot,such as correcting my posture during a workout that helped me reduced my knee pain,also learned about nutrition, which helps me to know what to take at the right time and control my eating portion. A positive mindset as a motivator and I don't regret because I actually achieved my goals what I want until I renewed another 3 months and I recommend coach Fei Fei and she is friendly personality too.Thank you so much all the Coach from Move Private Fitness in Ayer Keroh. ❤️❤️❤️

Joining Move Ayer Keroh has been one of the best decisions I have made in the last few months. My private sessions with Coach Fei Fei has been a very pleasant experience for someone like me who has never enjoyed working out. She corrects my form and gives good explanation before every workout.She also pushes me to always progress and that is exactly what you need from a coach. I always feel good after my sessions with her. Hoping to continue to improve my physique and strength here at Move with Fei Fei.I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Personal Trainer to join Move for a personalised training regime. The coaches are experienced and they also make training enjoyable :)
